As an Equipment Owner Member: Because onewaytrailers.com makes it so easy for you to let your trailer relocation needs be known. Entering your trailer delivery or relocation needs onto our Website essentially advertises your trailers to hundreds of qualified Truck Dealers and Carriers, while eliminating the hours spent calling individual companies. From our Website you can also monitor the status of your Equipment from awaiting pickup, being in transit and arrival to its destination.

As a Truck Dealer (Equipment User) Member: To find available trailers destined to or from the same locations as your newly purchased or sold trucks. Your delivery costs can be offset by earning revenue to move these trailers! If your new truck buyers are asking for fuel money to bobtail out of town refer them to us. They too can earn revenue to move these trailers.

As a Carrier (Equipment User) Member: You will have access to hundreds of trailers that pay you to move or use them one time in a oneway haul. Use our inventory of quality trailers to build new trailer pools or to adjust your existing trailer pools. You can even post your own trailers for other carriers to reposition for you. Never miss another load or lay a driver over because you're out of trailers. Increase asset utilization by keeping your drivers moving and your trailer pools balanced.

ARE THE TRAILERS SAFE TO USE?
By accepting the User Agreement for membership in the Worldwide Equipment Exchange, dba onewaytrailers.com, an Equipment Owner Member represents and covenants for all such posted Equipment that the Equipment is and will be externally and internally clean, well maintained, in good repair, odor- free, uncontaminated and suitable for transport, fully meeting industry standards and the USDOT inspection guidelines.

ARE THE TRAILERS LICENSED?
Almost all trailers are licensed. If not, the Equipment Owner usually supplies a temporary permit. However, there are rare circumstances where the Equipment User must supply a license or temporary permit.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT USERS WILL BE USING MY TRAILERS?
Licensed Truck Dealers and USDOT and FHWA qualified carriers. Before any Truck Dealer or Carrier is granted membership into the Exchange, onewaytrailers.com verifies that each Truck Dealer is licensed and bonded, as well as, verifying that each Carrier, at the date of membership acceptance, is USDOT qualified, their operating authority is active and their insurance is on file with the FHWA. Semi-annual audits are also performed on this data.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY TRAILERS?
Once you have placed an order (Post) on our Website to have your trailer moved, you can view its status in the Order Detail Screen. Carriers are required every day before 10 a.m. their time to update the status of each trailer in their possession. Every morning Equipment Owners will receive a summary email listing the statuses of all their active Equipment in the Exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TRAILER DOES NOT ARRIVE TO ITS DESTINATION ON TIME?
If the trailer is more than 24 hours late without proper notification from the Equipment User, the Equipment Owner may be entitled to receive a detention fee.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO USE ONEWAYTRAILERS.COM SERVICES?
The Exchange does not charge a fee for membership, database searches, to make a Post or to cancel an Unaccepted Post. Equipment Owners decide how much money (Use Fee), if any, they will pay to have their trailer moved empty (Tow-Away rate) or used (Load Out rate) to their specified destinations. When a Post is accepted the Exchange will invoice the Equipment Owner and pay the Equipment User.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
The Exchange shall pay any Use Fees due a Member within thirty (30) days after notification of the Equipment's arrival at the destination or within thirty (30) days of invoice date.

HOW AND WHEN DO I GET INVOICED?
The Exchange shall transmit invoices to the Member for any amounts due on the date the Equipment User takes possession of Equipment or on the scheduled delivery date listed in the Post. All invoices sent to Members by the Exchange shall be paid net thirty (30) days. A FINANCE CHARGE of 1% per month (ANNUAL RATE OF 18%) of the unpaid balance will be added monthly. Should collection become necessary by legal suit or other means, the Member agrees to pay all costs of collection including a reasonable attorney's fee.

HOW DOES ONEWAYTRAILERS.COM GET PAID?
The Exchange retains a Transaction Fee of the difference between the amount it receives from the Equipment Owner and the amount it pays the Equipment User.

WILL I NEED TRAINING TO USE THE ONEWAYTRAILERS.COM WEBSITE?
No. Our Website is simple to use and easy to navigate. Although, training is available should your company request it.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Click here or on the Free Online Enrollment link from our Home Page. After completing the enrollment form you will receive an email from us requesting very specific proofs of insurance. After we receive your insurance certificates and verify your company's USDOT and FHWA credentials you will receive another email confirming your membership into onewaytrailers.com.
